焦糖布丁

原料：

焦糖：砂糖100克、水25克。

布丁：鸡蛋两个、砂糖25克、牛奶250克、香草粉少许。

焦糖布丁的做法：

1、将制作焦糖的砂糖和水倒入锅中；

2、把锅放到火上加热，期间不停搅拌，直至熬成黄褐色；

3、将焦糖倒入布丁模底部；

4、在鸡蛋中加入砂糖；

5、混合均匀；

6、牛奶加热，放入香草精，煮至微沸；

7、将牛奶缓缓倒入蛋液中，混合均匀；

8、将蛋液过筛倒入布丁杯中，如有残留的气泡可以用牙签捅碎，稍稍有一点气泡没关系啦，这样处理过的布丁已经很细滑了；

9、烤盘注水，我用的是温水；

10、烤箱预热180度，中下层，25分钟。

小提示：

1、脱模的时候，用牙签在模具边上划一周，轻轻倒扣就可以脱模了；

2、煮牛奶的时候，用香草棒蘸一下更好，没有香草棒就象我一样就香草精代替吧。如果不放香草精的话，可能会有鸡蛋的腥味，也没有这么香，口感就大打折扣了；

3、倒入模具前，将蛋奶液过筛可以使布丁的口感更细滑；

哈!!我滿臉豆花的德性，看久了也還挺帶感的!!
突然好想唸一下控八控控、控X控、控控控~XD

自從上次發了【U臉變V臉!!終極瘦臉秘辛大公開!!】之後
到現在大概兩個月左右的時間，就陸續收到不少熱情貼心的鄉親
來跟我報福音說：按摩術真的很神奇!!他們的臉真的變小啦!!!

感動之餘，也讓我真的超有成就感的啦!!
我真的是愛死你們啦!!

然而因為本人太過搞喂的關係，上次一整個寫到篇幅不夠用..
所以只跟大家分享了按摩的手法，卻來不及將瘦臉的原理做說明...

說真的，上次的那一套V臉按摩術
可真的不是在亂按的欸!!

這可是我翻閱了五本以上的穴道及瘦身書
甚至還真的跑去請教我常去看的中醫師，求證穴道的位置和功效
最後歷經六個月以上的親身人體實驗
所歸納研發出來超級有效的按摩術呀!!

本人就是最好的活體對照組!!▼

(這張對照圖真得無論看幾次都覺得好驚悚哪...)

所以如果有人跟我說瘦臉按摩術沒有效
拎北還真的會回答你說──

哩濠洨!!!

哈!!真的不是本人老王賣瓜、自賣自誇!!!
因為我真的是還挺喜歡研究鑽研一些有的沒的
之前因為暴肥，就去研究有效的瘦身方法
結果就真的給我很有效率的瘦了8公斤~
(詳見：爆肥後...3個月瘦8公斤秘辛大公開!!)

後來又因為周遊阿姑附身...
就開始研究穴道按摩瘦臉法
也真的成功的還我V臉來了!!

總之就是天下無難事啦!!!
只要願意嘗試，什麼奇蹟都有可能發生的呀!!!!

又落落長搞喂了一堆...
總之今天就是要針對瘦臉按摩的最大功臣──

臉部穴道來進一步做個講解~

上次介紹的瘦臉按摩術，有個比較麻煩的一點是
一定要在有潤滑(如：洗臉、抹乳液)的狀態下進行
不然會拉傷肌膚唷!!!千萬不可在乾燥的形況下做推刮!!

然而只要了解瘦臉的穴道位置之後
在完全不需要潤滑的狀態下，就可以直接進行定點按壓

平時沒事諸如看電視時、上班放空時、
或者想要摸蛤仔兼瘦臉都行啦!!!

廢話不多說，趕緊就來看一下這些超有效的瘦臉穴道吧!!▼

迎香：眼頭正下方，鼻翼的旁邊即是。
此穴位可以幫助消除眼部浮腫、預防肌膚鬆弛，也能夠還能減輕肩膀酸痛。

巨髎：眼球正下方與鼻孔的平行線延伸交界點，即顴骨凹陷處。
可幫助消除臉頰浮腫實肌膚、美化曲線、幫助預防及恢復臉部神經失調
所以如果你和我一樣，素有眼歪嘴斜的毛病，多按這個穴道準沒錯!!

顴髎：眼尾正下方與鼻孔的平行線延伸交界點。
可幫助減少魚尾紋及皺紋、緊實肌膚、並且消除浮腫。

基本上這三個穴道是在同一直線上，最大的共通處就在於──

能夠消除浮腫及緊實線條!!!

其實應該有很多鄉親都和我一樣
明明身體就已經算是瘦的了
但臉仍然呈現與身體不成比例的浮腫...

或者從肥胖的狀態瘦下來後
臉部的線條卻也跟著鬆弛垮掉了...

其實原因就是臉部淋巴結
累積了太多不必要的水分和廢物所造成的浮腫虛胖

有以上情況者，沒事多按這幾個穴道真的很有效!!
尤其是早上起床會嚴重水腫的人，效果會加顯著哩!!

複習一下對應這幾個穴道的按摩術【小臉刮刮樂】

是不是!!是不是!!
就跟你說拎北不是隨便在按的吧!!
可是真的有下功夫對應穴道在研究的哩!!

然而知道穴位的位置後，你也可以直接做定點按壓
通常都是按壓個2秒之後鬆開，反覆進行
次數依心情決定就行啦!!
總之想到就按個一兩下，長期下來絕對會有效的!!

車頰：即車頰穴上方約一指處，用力咬牙後較凹陷的地方。
此穴有助血液循環、消除浮腫，最重要的是，他能夠幫助消滅夭壽的雙下巴!!緊實臉部線條、預防鬆弛!!

大迎：用力牙時，顎角骨鼓起處即是，其實就是咀嚼肌的位置。
這裡也算是瘦臉非常重要的穴道!!尤其是有國字臉問題的鄉親們，平時沒事一定要多按!!
此穴道不但能夠幫助消除國字臉，亦能夠有效排除因糖分攝取過多而產生的脂肪堆積、消除浮腫及下顎肥厚、緊實臉部線條!!

太陽穴：位置應該就不用我多做解釋了吧...
太陽穴有多種要，應該只要母語是中文的人都知道!!此穴位不但能夠放鬆減緩眼部疲勞緊繃
更可促進新陳代謝，幫助淋巴腺排毒，同樣是沒事多按按準沒錯的啦!!

這三個穴道可真的打造V臉超級無敵非常極度重要的穴道呀!!!

尤其是車頰和大迎兩個穴道
想要消除國字臉的鄉親們!!!
其他穴道你懶得記就算了，拜託這兩個穴道一定要死命地給他按哪!!!

上次Kevin老師在節目上幫小燕姐按到哀哀叫的地方
其實就是車頰和大迎這兩個穴道!!

說真的，如果有人突然衝過來猛按你這兩個穴道
你沒飆髒話問候人家祖宗十八代的話....

你肯定是活佛轉世!!!

因為真的無敵痛啊啊啊啊!!!!

我有時都會按到呈現了無生趣的放空狀態....

所以如果你有勇氣一點，可以像上圖一樣
用食指的指節用力去按壓
如果真的很怕痛的，就先用大拇指的指腹去輕壓
再慢慢加重力道...但一定還是會痠痛!!

而正所謂良藥苦口!!
這兩個穴道也是我覺得按摩後效果最為顯著的部位
尤其是對下巴線條的拉提和消除下巴肥厚(雙下巴)
效果也非常之好!!!

真的成功從不知道嗑了多少檳榔的國字臉
成功變成現在的瓜子臉哪!!!真的超神奇的!!

其實無論是否要瘦臉
這幾個穴道沒事多按絕對是有益無害
尤其是在幫助消水腫及疏通淋巴方面
也有非常好的效果!!

攢竹：即眉頭凹陷處。
現代人時常因用眼過度而產生眼睛浮腫問題，多按這個穴道能夠緩和眼周不適，更能幫助消除泡泡眼。

承泣：即眼球正下方，臥蟬的位置。
同樣除了能預防各種眼病之外，因為此穴道亦是掌管胃部的穴道，由於有胃下垂問題的人，也容易造成眼部肌肉鬆弛產生眼袋
所以多按這個穴道不但能夠增強胃部機能，亦可進一步預防眼袋產生!!

球後：眼尾正下方。
能調整小腸機能，幫助吸收。

四白：瞳孔正下方，眼眶下的凹陷處。
四白穴是足陽明胃經在臉部上的非常重要的穴位，可以明顯改善整個面部的血液循環和新陳代謝、治療皮膚色素沉積、粉刺、皺紋、過敏等
引起的多種損容性疾患,具有活血養顏、美容護膚的作用，總之就是多按好處說不完啦!!

現代人長期處於用眼過度的狀態
眼周的肌肉一旦過度緊繃，就非常容易引起頭痛、眼周浮腫
甚至眼袋鬆弛問題產生

這幾個穴道則針對眼周的的拉提、消腫有非常好的功效
眼睛疲勞的時候多按一按，不但能夠幫助提神
也能進一步預防眼周肌膚問題產生哩!!

地倉：嘴角旁約0.5cm處即是。
胃部如果持續處於高溫狀態，就會促進食欲，所以此穴的功能是降低胃溫、抑制食欲。

承漿：即下嘴唇正中央下方凹陷處。
此穴位能控制賀爾蒙分泌，保持肌膚張力，有效預防臉部鬆弛。

天突：即鎖骨和頸部經脈的交界凹陷處。
能購刺激甲狀腺，促進新陳代謝，幫助排除臉部多餘的水分，有效消除水腫。

百會：即頭頂心正中央的位置。
有鑑於壓力大的現代人，常以暴飲暴食來排解內心的焦慮...
而多按此穴位能夠安定心神，預防飲食過量唷!!

這個部分不僅是針對瘦臉，包括瘦身和體態的維持也有相對的療效
算是比較額外的部分，搭配其他穴道做按摩，具有相輔相成、維持兩好體態的作用哩!!

其實還有一個也是超簡單的好方法我漏了寫
就是用誇張的表情大喊──啊咿嗚欸喔!!!

哈!!!最後一個表情是為了湊篇幅亂入萊著!!
做的時候也不用跟著翻白眼欸!!

這個誇張表情法其實我也一直有在做
只是上次的重點著重在按摩手法上
所以就忘了寫啦!!但這幾招也真的很讚哩!!!

但下顎關節不好的人做這幾個動作還是要小心欸!!
要是做到烙欸孩本人可是一概不負責唷!!

之前去86小舖的開幕慶活動時，下巴線條又明顯緊實很多~
當天還很多之前見過面的格有問我是不是變瘦了哩!!
(其實完全沒有...體重其實還稍稍有變胖說...XD)

猶記得之前有位貴婦客戶
服務的過程中一整個毫不掩飾地表示她超級喜歡我的
還一直說要介紹他兒子給我認識

雖然我口中一直很故作害羞的說：沒啦!!是您不棄嫌啦!!
實則心想：算妳識貨!!!

沒想到貴婦接著下一句說：

我最喜歡臉圓圓的女孩子啦!!!!

這段感人的小故事...
其實也是激勵我努力變成V臉的動力來源!!!!
現在這位貴婦如果看到我...應該會超討厭我的吧!!!
因為現在臉好V呀!!!

瘦臉真的不難哪!
連我這個遺失下巴的萬年米龜水腫臉
都能成功找回我的下巴V臉
相信一定每個人都行滴!!!

重點就是要持之以恆哪!!!

如何自制巧克力布丁？

想吃...  配料：4个鸡蛋 4勺白糖 巧克力（可以根据个人口味定多少~我加的是15个小块D德芙牛奶巧克力）  步骤：1 把4个鸡蛋打匀 加入白糖 搅拌5—10分钟 至出现大量白色炮沫  2 对巧克力加热至熔化~喜欢牛奶的朋友~可以在过程中加入小半杯牛奶  3 把巧克力到入鸡蛋~边到边搅拌 搅匀即可  4 放入微波高火4--5分钟  5 如果想吃热布丁 已经OK~但要吃冰的的话~等冷却后~0度以上冰大约4个小时   PS：很简单吧~可以放些柠檬片装饰一下~大家不妨一试 就算不好吃 制作的过程也很开心哦   对大家的问题回复如下：1 做出来大概可以4个人吃~  2 肯定可以成功~只是味道好坏 而已  3 若鸡蛋味嫌重 多加些牛奶 巧克力  4 之所以叫布丁~是因为比较好听 不冷藏D话也可以叫巧克力蒸蛋

日本年糕的做法

日式甜年糕(糯米甜糕)
原料：水磨糯米粉一杯，白糖1/3杯，泡打粉，胡萝卜汁，黄油，土豆淀粉。
做法：1、烤箱预热到摄氏180度（华氏350度），同时开始准备固体的材料：水磨糯米粉一杯，白糖1/3杯，泡打粉1/4茶匙。
2、把上面的固体材料，都倒在一个大碗里搅匀；再加入一些胡萝卜汁，给甜糕上点儿颜色；用筷子搅和均匀，成糊糊状，搅到糊糊里没有结块儿就成了，这个时候，糊糊的颜色是有点淡粉的感觉。
3、找一个小烤模（形状不拘，不过方形最好，方便切成小方块），用黄油在底部和边缘涂抹一下，以免糯米烤熟以后粘连；把糊糊倒进烤模里；烤模的上面盖上锡纸。
4、入预热好的烤箱里，烤20－22分钟。取出后不要打开锡纸，晾10－15分钟。然后，把烤好的东西取出来（奇怪吧，呵呵，烤熟以后就是漂亮的金黄色了），放到干净的案板上，先切长条儿，再切小块儿（建议用塑料刀，不会粘）。
5、切好的日式甜年糕有点儿粘，所以，薄薄地撒上一层土豆淀粉；抖去多余的淀粉，装盘即成；吃不完的，可以用保鲜膜罩上，第二天吃一样柔软芳香。

1. I couldn't care less.
这句话的意思是「我不在乎」，「缺乏兴趣」（lack of interest），也就是：I don't care at all. 或 I don't give a hoot. 例如：

人家如果问： What do you think of the budget-cut?（你对预算削减有何看法？）
你回答： I couldn't care less.（我毫不在乎）

至于 I couldn't care more. 就是「我很在乎」（I care a lot.）或 I care deeply. 同理：
I couldn't agree more.=I totally agree.（我完全同意）

2. No bones about it.
意思是：真实的，诚恳的（truly, sincerely or exactly），也就是 to make no bones about it.（bone 要加 s, it 是指 something）例如：
His wife is beautiful;no bones about it.（他的太太真是很漂亮）

3. take it on me！
意思是：「这是我的，请用吧！」「这是免费的」(help yourself to it; it is free)，这多半是指吃的东西或一些不贵重的东西。例如：
Here are some candies from England; take one on me. (这是来自英国的糖果，尝一个吧！) (one = candy)

可见 take 后面的 it，是指 something，而 on 的后面通常不指别人，所以多半也只用在第一人称单数 me。
(假如夫妇在一起，也可以说：Take it on us.)

4. I am from Missouri.
这句话有时后面要加一句：「I need to be shown.」或「You have got to show me.」，意思是 Missouri 州的人很固执 (stubborn)，不太信任别人，一定要人家「证明一下」(prove it to me)，所以密苏里州也被称为「The Show Me State」。
据说这句话所以流行 (尤其在美国中西部) 是因为美国一些名人都住过密苏里州，包括 Harry Truman, Mark Twain, Walt Disney 等。后来老外不轻易相信别人时，就使用这句话。(也有半开玩笑性质) 例如：
He is not easily convinced because he is from Missouri. (他是来自密苏里州，所以不容易说服他。)
