2 tb Butter or margarine
1/4 c Flour
3 c Chicken broth
1/2 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 c Milk or cream
3 Chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper

PREPARATION of CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP RECIPE
Boil chicken, celery & onion till done. Remove chicken & shread meat. Reserve broth. Melt butter in top of double boiler over direct heat. Slowly stir in flour. Stir in broth & milk. 蘑菇鸡肉浓汤

蘑菇鸡肉浓汤

材料:鸡腿1只、白蘑菇30克、鲜奶100毫升、奶油10克、鲜奶油10克、盐、黑胡椒少许

做法:

1.鸡肉去骨切小丁、蘑菇切成薄片,和鲜奶一起放入开水中,用小火熬煮大概30分钟或煮到蘑菇完全变软时即可。

2.加奶油到汤中,并用盐和黑胡椒调味。

3.起锅前再加入鲜奶油拌匀。

营养价值

蘑菇中含有干扰素诱导剂,能诱发干扰素的产生,有免疫抗癌的作用。菇类的蛋白质含有十多种氨基酸,其中还包括多种人体生理所需要的必需氨基酸,所以比蔬菜的蛋白质更容易被人体吸收利用,而且不像肉类能带来脂肪和胆固醇。
